The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228) and is no longer available. Consumers resident in the EU may still refer a dispute to a national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body; a list of certified consumer dispute resolution entities is available at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. In Bulgaria, the competent authority is the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите). We are not obliged to, and do not commit to, participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, but we remain committed to resolving any dispute amicably and directly.
